I started my next project, and it's a tunic from Amy Butler's Mini dress/Tunic/Top pettern. I always wanted to try it, but the word "invisible zipper" on the back of the package kept me away from it. See I share your fear :-) And I have a very similar looking tunic pattern which requires no zipper. But, I think it's time. Time to conquer my fear. I chose the fabric, washed it, ironed it, traced the pattern on a piece of parchment paper, and cut it. And actual sewing will begin tonight.
if a parchment paper is not wide enough, just tape the two pieces together...
the arrow on a pattern should be placed along the selvedge...
just because the red head pin was cute...
