I knit, I sew, and I quilt. This is a cross quilt I finished a while ago. Remember I was working on
all solid color quilt? I was going to layout the pieces randomly as I usually do, but after seeing
this amazing quilt, I just had to copy it. I used eight or nine shades of blue, brown, green, and white (I'm sorry that I didn't throw some orange in), and I cut the squares in eight and half inches. I just love it and can't wait to wash it. I never knew that a quilt feels even better after washing it until one day
Mary brought her doll quilt which had been washed. It felt soooo good. She is the one who told me about Imagiknit, and you could tell she is a knitter, but knitting is just one of the million things that she does. You could explore more of her creations
here. Check the photo in which her little boy pointing at an owl in the stripy blue quilt she made. My favorite!
